1. Download the Power JAN mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Register.
3. Attach a bank card to pay the rent.
4. Find the nearest station on the map.
5. Scan the QR code at the station.
6. Take the powerbank from the station.
1. Find the nearest point on the app map.
2. Get directions and get to the station.
3. Just insert the powerbank into an empty slot in the station. If the meter does not stop after 30 seconds, check your internet connection and refresh the page, if this does not help, contact support.
Each powerbank has 3 cables for connectors:
– Apple Lightning
– MicroUSB
– Type C
Lightning Charges iPhone, iPad and AirPods. Type C and Micro USB for other smartphones and gadgets).
A powerbank can only be rented by one user at a time.
Check the cable connection, it may not have been fully inserted. Or contact our support team and we’ll fix the problem quickly.
Be sure to fully insert the powerbank into the station or try an adjacent slot. It should click and the indicator on it will light up. Once you click, the rental will stop. If the problem persists, contact support by clicking the Help button in the app.
If you have lost your powerbank, click the Buy button in the app. Your card will be charged and the rental will stop. You can then use Power JAN again.
